The challenge

As a high-volume wholesaler, Boltify faced the significant challenge of managing a catalogue of thousands of individual SKUs that changed daily. Their manual inventory tracking was struggling to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the mobile parts market, leading to occasional stock discrepancies and delays in order processing. Additionally, they needed a more robust digital infrastructure to handle the high volume of daily B2B transactions while providing their global clients with real-time shipping updates and technical support.

The solution

Drawing on our expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and E-commerce Automation, we implemented a bespoke digital ecosystem designed for wholesale operations.

We integrated an Automated Inventory & Warehouse Management System (WMS) that synchronizes stock levels across all their sales platforms in real-time, ensuring that bulk buyers always have access to accurate availability data. To streamline the customer journey, we deployed an advanced API-driven Order Processing system that connects directly with global couriers like DHL and UK Mail, allowing for automated label generation and instant tracking notifications.
