How do you make sure to provide a seamless service transfer from one provider to another?
A site survey is done to establish onsite services, liaise with the existing provider and plan the transfer with the new provider. We remain in contact with all parties, take charge of the transfer process and keep the disruption at a minimal level.
Do you charge on monthly or quarterly basis?
Quite often we generate our billing on a monthly basis and encourage our customers to setup a direct debit. However, you may pay by cheque or make an online transfer into our bank account. Please ask for further details.
