The challenge

As a high-end global brand, David Morris required a communication and data infrastructure that could support its expanding international presence while maintaining the highest levels of security. Their legacy systems struggled to provide the seamless connectivity needed between their London headquarters and their overseas boutiques. Furthermore, as client interactions became increasingly digital, they required a solution that offered both the mobility for their sales teams and the robust cybersecurity necessary to protect sensitive client data.

The solution

Drawing on our deep technical expertise, we implemented a comprehensive Cloud-based Infrastructure and a Unified Communications strategy designed for the luxury retail sector.

We transitioned David Morris to a secure, private cloud environment, ensuring that high-resolution design assets and inventory data were accessible to authorized staff worldwide. To enhance internal and external communication, we integrated a bespoke Microsoft 365 and Teams Voice ecosystem. This allowed their global teams to collaborate on bespoke jewellery designs in real-time, regardless of location.

To complete the solution, we deployed advanced Endpoint Security and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), providing a “bulletproof” digital perimeter that matches the physical security of their Bond Street vaults.
